Anchoring within

In harmony with the wind and the gently swaying branches of the pine trees
Noticing the pine cones and green needles talking to me
Mesmerizing my gaze
Lying on my back feeling the tender warmth
Watching the clouds drift as the sunshine flits on and off my face
Hearing the birds chirp I am at peace with myself
Amidst the chaos around me, I sit in silence communing with nature
Focusing only on my breath
Closing my eyes and feeling my heartbeat
The gentle hum of the bees pollinating the flowers
Allowing the peace to envelop me
Succumbing to the warmth and tenderness within
I am home anchoring to the core of my being
